1. Log in to your HousingBtc account.
2. Go to the Settings section in your profile.
3. Scroll down to the Delete account option.
4. Please read the information on account deletion carefully.
5. If you are sure you want to continue, click on Delete account and follow the instructions.

⚠️ Important information

• Permanent deletion: Once you delete your account, you will not be able to recover it. All your data, reservations and rewards will be lost.
• Active reservations: If you have active reservations, you must first cancel them before you can delete your account.

If you just want to temporarily deactivate your account, instead of deleting it, contact us and we will help you.
