• Users must register with an email, Google or Apple account, and integrate their cryptocurrency wallet.
• A KYC (Know Your Customer) process is required to verify the identity of users.

4. Use of the Platform

• Owners can list their properties and manage reservations.
• Clients can search for properties and contact owners directly to make reservations.
• Users who upload experience ads can manage and promote their offers.

5. Transactions and Payments

• Transactions are made directly from wallet to wallet using cryptocurrencies such as BTC, BTCB, ETH, USDT and SOL.
• A 6% fee is applied to each transaction, automatically managed by smart contracts.
• Each transaction generates a unique NFT that serves as access and validation for the leased property.

6. Rights and Responsibilities of Users

• Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided on the platform.
• Users must comply with all applicable laws when using the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

HousingBtc is not responsible for:

• Accuracy of property listings.
• Failed transactions or disputes between users.
• Losses resulting from the use of the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights of the platform and its content belong to HousingBtc. Users must not reproduce, duplicate or copy any part of the service without our express consent.
